Late Shri Mahabir Prasad Sinha – Honourable Founder

Late Shri Mahabir Prasad Sinha was a distinguished educationist, visionary leader, and social reformer who dedicated more than 40 years of his life to the field of education. As the former Principal of a Government School, he earned widespread respect for his unwavering commitment to academic excellence, discipline, and the holistic development of students.
Throughout his illustrious career, Shri Sinha inspired and mentored thousands of students, helping shape their futures through quality education, ethical values, and a strong sense of social responsibility. His leadership, integrity, and passion for learning made him a highly respected figure in the educational fraternity and the wider community.
Driven by the belief that education is the most powerful instrument for societal transformation, he devoted his life to empowering young minds and creating opportunities for future generations. His vision extended beyond the classroom, encompassing social welfare, community development, and humanitarian service.
In loving memory of his beloved wife, Smt. Draupadi Devi, Late Shri Mahabir Prasad Sinha established the Draupadi Devi Memorial Educational and Charitable Trust with the objective of promoting education, social welfare, healthcare, and community development. The Trust stands as a lasting tribute to his vision of serving humanity through knowledge, compassion, and selfless service, while continuing to uplift underprivileged and deserving sections of society.
The values and principles he championed continue to guide the Trust and inspire all those associated with it. His remarkable legacy lives on through the institution he founded, the Trust he established, and the countless lives he touched through his dedication to education, social upliftment, and nation-building.

Dr. Praveen Kumar - Chairman

A team is as good as its leader. Our founder- chairman leads from the front with his commitment and welfare initiatives. He began his journey from a very humble farmer family background. Born into a life of hardship, Dr Praveen grew up in a neighborhood where dreams were often overshadowed by survival. His formative teenage years were riddled with struggles and sustenance.
He completed his graduation while grappling with the situation of grueling travel to college and managing farming activities to support his family. His thirst for knowledge was unquenchable, fueled not just by ambition, but by a deep desire to change the narrative for their family.
The sheer amount of struggle he endured made him more resilient and it became a catalyst to bring about a socio-economic change in the rural parts. He acquired profound knowledge in Medical Ayurvedic in 20 years of relentless work. Now, he has extensive expertise in audit, finance, and medical which play a pivotal role in shaping the process and the team. He has leadership qualities that bring the best governance to the fore.

Shatrughan Sinha, Trustee -Secretary

Resources are always hard to acquire, but the harder task is to utilize them strategically. Our trustee-secreatry is one such who ensures a smooth workflow of the organization. Born and brought up in an farmer family, he had quickly learned that nothing in life came easy. Their home was modest— sometimes with very little to make ends meet.
He was of tender age when he realized that even a speck of comfort was a result of a big sacrifice. But even amid all the chaotic struggle for survival, he dearly held onto something priceless: hope and determination. While others saw obstacles, he saw opportunities and toiled hard. He eventually achieved what he aimed for and worked with grit and determination with exhibiting excellent organizational stewardship and financial management.

Punam Sinha - Trustee,Treasurer

Her story is not just about personal success—it's a testament to the power of perseverance, the impact of education, and the human spirit’s ability to rise. Her first job was a pivotal opportunity for her, and it became the springboard. Punam poured her heart into it, proving that hard work, when combined with grit and vision, could overcome even the harshest circumstances.
Immensely experienced in accounts and finance management. She possesses over decade of expertise in finance . She also operates a prosperous IT firm, which demonstrates her dedication to talent development and workforce empowerment. Today, she is a successful community leader. With her exquisite interpersonal skills, she now works selflessly by reaching back to uplift others.

Neelam Kumari - Trustee Member

Here's another story of how life unfolds for some. Unwavering belief that one fine day, the stars shall align. Neelam leads our digital strategy and consulting operations and has an incredible decade of total team expertise in digital marketing, content writing, and fluent communication skills. Her work experience includes a long career in content development and editing and social media management with E-commerce companies.
Having had his fair share of hurdles in life he made sure to wake up every morning with hope. And maybe that is one way of assuming success too—the ability to carry hope without evidence, to persist without applause, to keep showing up.

Nidhi Sinha - Trustee Member

Nidhi embarked on a professional journey from a humble rural background marked by limited exposure to corporate culture, communication hurdles, and an absence of formal managerial experience. Undeterred by these initial constraints, she approached every challenge as an opportunity, driven by an unwavering desire to grow and succeed. She has a strong foundation of business management and is inspired by a burgeoning passion for human resources.
Nidhi transformed her early limitations into strengths—refining communication abilities, cultivating leadership acumen, and developing a confident, collaborative presence. With us, she now contributes practical ideas and operational depth to our activities by bringing first-hand, industry-relevant experience in ground-level project implementation. She does the hard yards to bring about the necessary transformative changes in the society.

Neha hails from a small city tucked away in the heart of rural India. Over the years, Neha became a trusted hand. Everyone in the organization and this domain knows her—not because he is the fastest, but because he is dependable. He showed up when others didn’t. He worked when others complained. In our organization, she is a real heavy lifter. She carries the most arduous task of connecting with people and bridging the gap between the needy and the resources.

A seasoned corporate professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in media, business development, stakeholder management and corporate relationship management. Possesses extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and monitoring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in collaboration with corporates, government departments, educational institutions, and social organizations.
Demonstrated success in driving impactful CSR programs focused on education, healthcare, skill development, financial inclusion, community development, environmental sustainability, and social welfare. Skilled in strategic planning, project execution, partnership building, policy advocacy, and resource mobilization to create sustainable social impact.
